A few words about these pieces of heaven
These cookies are perfect. Soft in the middle, crispy on the outside. The crispy butter melting on your mouth. The salty taste with the sugary dough and the bitter chocolate. I could eat them everyday, and I would if I could. To me, these are perfect.
The Perfect Recipe for the Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies
120 g softened butter
50 g raw canesugar
150 g brown sugar
1 egg
200 g flour
100 g chocolate (at least 70%)
vanilla corn powder and sea salt (I use about 1 tsp of each)
Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla corn powder and sea salt to a delicious, creamy dough. Add the egg and stir. Add the flour little by little. Finally, mix in the chocolate. Roll the cookies, so they fit perfectly in your fist. Lay them on the baking paper on an oven grate and bake in the oven at 190 degrees celcius for about 11-13 minutes.

Todays breakfast
Ryebread with dried fig and wildflower-honey, freshly squeezed orangejuice, fruit and berry-tea and pomelo on the side.
Bonusinfo
I looove ryebread and I eat it all day everyday. I need to get my fibers or else my tummy doesn’t work.
Figs are great, because not only do they taste awesome, they’re also full of antioxidants. Vitamin K, calcium and magnesium are some of the good things they’re full of. Vitamin K is important for the blood coagulation and the magnesium is important for the muscles.
The pomelo and oranges are full of c-vitamin, which is super important especially in the winter!
The fruit and berry-tea is also full of antioxidants, plus it’s sweet enough without sweeteners.
As for the honey, I’m a ferm believer in it. This one is extra great, half Mexican and half Nicaraguan (don’t you just love that word?). I have a passionate relationship with honey in all forms. Be prepared.
